Since 2017, to revitalize the Taichung Qingshui Military Dependents’ Village Cultural Park and promote the aesthetics of local and military village life, local community groups have been invited to set up within the park, fostering active community participation.
Resident Group │ Qingshui Living Aesthetics Association

The Qingshui Living Aesthetics Association integrates local resources to host various lifestyle aesthetics programs, promote lifelong learning, and foster a culture of continuous education. The association supports traditional arts and crafts, encourages community participation, and contributes to the development of local cultural industries and tourism. Using its dedicated space in the park, the association updates exhibition themes every two months and regularly offers activities such as military village culinary workshops, color exploration, creative cyanotype art, and indigo dyeing experiences. Everyone is warmly invited to join in!
Resident Group │ Taichung Qingshui Xiao-Yuan Cultural and Creative Association

In 2000, the association launched a website for Qingshui to foster a strong sense of local identity through online community engagement. By collaborating with local schools and residents, the association has organized a variety of impactful activities, hosting numerous engaging events at the Qingshui Military Dependents’ Village.

Composed of second- and third-generation descendants of the original residents of Qingshui Military Dependents’ Village, this group has in recent years combined art and culture to create works in visual arts, music performance, and copywriting design. They bring together extensive expertise in crafts, fine arts, visual and performing arts, and event planning, as well as a rich pool of talent and resources.
